Store Policy

Payment Methods
  • KB Saxophone Services accepts cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover), bank wire transfers and personal checks.  

  • Please note that personal checks must clear our bank (may take up to 10 business days) before we will ship your order.  

  • KB Saxophone Services reserves the right to refuse an order or to request payment to a method other than credit card if you are ordering from outside US or if your shipping address is different from your billing address.

Returns and Store Credit

  • Saxophones: We offer free shipping and handling of our saxophones (except baritone) to the contiguous US. If you wish to return/exchange a saxophone, a restocking fee of $100 applies to each saxophone. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and must use a carrier with trackable shipping service. Please also read "Applicable to all merchandise" below.
  • All other items: All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable on all returned items. The returned item is subject to a 10% restocking fee with the minimum fee to be no less than $50 and no more than $100 and is calculated from the full purchase price of the item. Please also read "Applicable to all merchandise" below.


  • Merchandise returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. It means the items being returned must be shipped out by the customer within 7 days.

  • A "Return Authorization Number" must first be obtained from KB Saxophone Services and must be clearly written on the outside of the package used to ship the item back to us.

  • Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund your order minus all shipping and handling charges and any restocking fees (whichever applies).

  • Refunds will be paid either by company check, credit card or wire transfer and are generally completed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • All items returned must be carefully wrapped and fully insured. KB Saxophone Services reserves the right to refuse uninsured packages.

  • Refunds cannot be processed for returned items that are not in the identical condition as when it was sold.  For new/unused products, it must include all factory packaging and printed material in original, unaltered condition.

  • All trade-ins are subject to the same returns and store credit policy.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will try to stop your order if it has not been shipped out yet. We cannot cancel an order once the item has been shipped out.
International Shipment
  • Your package may be subject to the customs fees, taxes and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the customer's responsibility and are in addition to the price, shipping and handling fees payable to KB Saxophone Services.
New York City and State sales tax
  • Please note that all sales to New York State residents and sales where delivery occurs in New York State will be charged 8.875% of sales tax.
Privacy Policy
  • KB Saxophone Services respects your privacy.  Your personal information will not be traded, sold or otherwise dispersed in any reason other than to carry out your transaction.  Only information pertinent to fulfilling your order will be disclosed to any KB Saxophone Services affiliate, subsidiary or payment processors.
